what i did: shipped davedeploys.com in an afternoon. next.js + tailwind + resend for email + vercel for hosting.
stack i use: claude code, next.js, tailwind, resend for email, vercel for deploy. nothing fancy.
bottlenecks: spent too much time iterating before anyone had even seen the page. ship the ugly version first. iterate after.
